Meet randi
Most recently leading a team for one of nation’s most comprehensive, innovative, and largest health care insurers in the Mid-Atlantic region, Randi Woods, RN and her team successfully trained and developed 450 proficient nurse care coordinators to deliver quality, cost efficient, accessible, fun and engaging care to over 10,000 clients throughout the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area. This contributed to increased member satisfaction, decreased hospital admissions, and over $600M in healthcare savings.
Through her work, Randi recognized that nurses were still facing silos and barriers and that integrated healthcare was often an unrealized buzzword. To help others break down barriers and realize their optimal potential, Randi founded the consulting firm Art of Healthcare.
After years of successfully navigating the healthcare system, she is committed to helping create systems that are community-based and not just community-placed. Randi provides services which promote quality, cost containment, accessibility, and engagement which are imperatives to all stakeholders. She has extensive experience in population health, care coordination, corporate and community wellness programs, and quality management.
In addition to healthcare consulting, training and education, Randi inspires health and wellness as an active community resident. She is an ambassador and running coach for Charm City Run, fitness enthusiast speaker, and mentor for early healthcare careerists.
